Opening in May 2011, Ciao Wood Fired Pizza & Trattoria features a 900-degree wood burning pizza oven imported from Italy. The pizzas served will be made from imported Italian "00" caputo flour and Italian San marzano tomatos, also imported, along with fresh made in house mozzarella. They feature micro brewery beers, espresso from an imported Italian espresso, cappuccino maker imported from Italy. They feature homemade pasta dishes, homemade cheesecakes, biscottis and desserts.
